We’ll start with training on the Register and Checkout process. You’ll learn how to efficiently and accurately manage transactions, ensuring each customer’s checkout experience is quick and pleasant. We’ll also cover gift wrapping, teaching you the techniques to create beautifully wrapped packages that add a special touch to our customers’ purchases.
Next, we’ll walk you through our opening and closing procedures. These steps are crucial for maintaining the store’s organization and readiness each day, ensuring that everything is in place for our customers from the moment we open our doors to the time we close.
Visual merchandising is key to our brand presentation, so we’ll also train you on rack, tabletop, and ladder display visuals and resets. You’ll learn how to create and maintain displays that are not only visually appealing but also strategically designed to maximize sales.
POS Training is another critical component of this module. You’ll become proficient in using our Point of Sale system, ensuring you can manage sales, track inventory, and handle customer transactions with ease.
Finally, we’ll emphasize the importance of customer appreciation by going over our policy for in-store sales over $300. For these significant transactions, you’ll be responsible for sending a personalized thank you note, reinforcing our commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
