We’ll start with our Brand Guide, where you’ll learn about the labels, care instructions, and specific language we use for both our Ladies’ and Girls’ Brands. You’ll also become familiar with key pattern and fabric words that are essential for identifying and describing our inventory accurately.
Next, we’ll cover procedures for New Arrival deliveries, ensuring you know how to efficiently process and integrate new stock into our system and displays.
Theft and Prevention Loss is a critical area of focus in inventory control. We’ll teach you how to recognize and handle potential theft scenarios, with best practices for minimizing loss and maintaining the integrity of our inventory.
In addition, you’ll learn about Steaming—an essential task for keeping our garments looking their best. We’ll go over the most efficient steaming methods, outlining the standard practices and best techniques to ensure every item is ready for display and sale.
This training will equip you with the knowledge and skills to maintain our inventory to the highest standards, ensuring that our products are well cared for and our stock levels are accurately managed.
