To reinforce these standards, you’ll have the opportunity to shadow proper management on tasks. This hands-on experience will allow you to observe how our managers maintain these standards and effectively manage tasks, providing you with practical insights that you can apply in your role.

We’ll also cover the roles and responsibilities associated with each location spot in the store. Whether you’re working the sales floor, managing inventory, or handling checkout, you’ll understand the key responsibilities that come with each position and how they contribute to the overall success of the store.
